Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Front React Developer. The person in this role will build and maintain user-facing features using React and related front-end technologies, ensuring responsive, accessible, and performant interfaces. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with designers and product teams to translate requirements into clean, reusable components, integrating APIs, and troubleshooting issues across browsers and devices. The developer will work closely with back-end engineers to align data flows, contribute to code reviews, and follow best practices in version control, testing, and documentation. The role also involves staying current with front-end trends and proposing improvements to the existing codebase and user experience.
Qualifications
Strong Front-End Development skills with React, including component-based architecture and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with JavaScript state management tools such as Redux.js or similar libraries.
Understanding of Back-End Web Development and Software Development principles to collaborate effectively with server-side teams.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems and common front-end build tools.
Ability to write clean, maintainable code, perform debugging, and participate in code reviews.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Effective communication and collaboration skills within distributed teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
