Role Description The Information Technology Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving the company’s technology environment. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and providing timely technical support to internal users and external clients. The analyst will gather and interpret data to identify patterns, recommend improvements, and support decision-making on IT solutions. The role also involves documenting processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating clearly with stakeholders to ensure reliable and secure IT operations.
