Role Description The Web Designing role at EgoTECHworld is a full-time remote position focused on creating visually appealing, user-friendly websites and digital interfaces. On a day-to-day basis, the web designer collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into wireframes, mockups, and fully designed web pages. The role involves designing layouts, selecting color schemes and typography, creating or refining graphics, and ensuring consistent branding across digital assets. The designer works closely with front-end developers to implement designs, optimize responsive behavior across devices, and improve overall user experience. Regular responsibilities include reviewing existing designs for enhancements, aligning designs with current web standards, and contributing creative ideas to improve site performance and engagement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design to create modern, user-centered interfaces for various devices.
Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and Graphics to produce cohesive visual elements, icons, and imagery that support brand identity.
Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development to effectively collaborate on implementing designs using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
Relevant experience with design tools (such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator) and familiarity with UX/UI principles is beneficial.
A solid understanding of web accessibility, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and effective remote communication and collaboration skills are important.
A degree or equivalent experience in Web Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field is advantageous.
