Use AI assistance responsibly

Write the acceptance criteria before requesting code. Never paste customer data, passwords or private repositories into an unapproved service. Ask for explanations, inspect dependencies and run the proposed checks yourself. Record which suggestions you used and which you rejected. A plausible explanation is not proof that a feature works.

Read code like a reviewer

Trace one user action from the screen to validation, persistence and response. Identify where identity is checked, what happens on failure, and whether the user can recover. Write a small test for an assumption you initially overlooked. For design, annotate the states that code must support. For QA, separate observed behavior from suspected causes.
